Fundraising for a generous musician
For country music fans, Paul Fitzpatrick is a familiar musician. He has been the long time drummer for the popular South Shore group Dave Burbine and Traditional Country.
For years Paul has played with the group at many fundraisers and community shows to help out local causes. Now Paul is asking for some help in return.
On Feb. 17, the Astor Theatre will play host to a great afternoon of music. The proceeds from the afternoon will go towards helping Paul with his medical bills due to a car accident that has left him with severe back problems. Paul requires chiropractic treatments that can alleviate his pain but needs help in getting them.
Musicians from the South Shore will be onstage for a great afternoon of music. Musicians from East and West Pubnico join together to give you a great afternoon of Country, Rock, and Acadian favourites right here in Liverpool. The Astor will be hopping with the sounds of Cajun music as well as all the country classics that you have come to know and love.
Admission is only $6 and the music starts at 2 p.m. Come out for a great afternoon and help someone in need at the same time. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
