Annapolis RCMP respond to 68 calls

The RCMP responded to 68 calls for assistance during the week of January 28 through February 4. Among these were one false alarm; six false 911s; five motor vehicle accidents and one domestic matter.
Following are highlights of these calls:
-- January 28 at 10:17 p.m. Police received a report of an intoxicated driver in Clementsvale. A patrol was made but failed to locate the driver.
-- January 29 at 3:50 p.m. Police received a report of a disturbance in West Paradise.
-- January 29 at 8:09 p.m. Police received a report of a break and enter into a Bridgetown residence. Personal items were taken.
-- January 30 at 1:42 a.m. A hit and run accident was reported in Middleton. A vehicle was damaged while it was parked at a business.
-- January 30 at 2:38 p.m. Police were called to Bear River following a complaint of threats uttered.
-- January 30 at 3:24 p.m. Police received a report of ATVs on the road in Middleton.
-- January 30 at 4:09 p.m. Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle in Wilmot. Two males were parked in a vehicle that was later joined by another vehicle.
-- January 30 at 4:24 p.m. A Cornwallis resident reported a threat.
-- January 30 at 5:09 p.m. A Nictaux resident reported a threat.
-- January 30 at 5:20 p.m. Police arrested an intoxicated male in Middleton. The individual was held in custody and later released.
-- January 30 at 6:40 p.m. Police were called to Middleton after a complaint that an intoxicated male was banging on doors and disturbing the peace.
-- January 31 at 10:15 a.m. A male was arrested in Middleton for public intoxication.
-- January 31 at 11:45 a.m. A Bridgetown resident reported that computer equipment was stolen.
-- January 31 at 3:45 p.m. Police were called to a traffic accident in Middleton. No injuries were reported.
-- January 31 at 5:09 p.m. Police were called to a traffic accident in Centrelea after a vehicle hit a deer.
-- January 31 at 7:57 p.m. Police were called to Meadowvale after an intoxicated male was reported to be trespassing.
-- February 1 at 9:11 a.m. Police were called to a traffic collision in Middleton. No injuries were reported.
-- February 1 at 3:56 p.m. Police received a report of a breech of probation order. One male was later arrested in Middleton.
-- February 2 at 00:42 a.m. Police received a report of an intoxicated male on the road in Wilmot.
-- February 2 at 2:55 a.m. Police received a report of a suspicious person outside a Bridgetown church. Police located and identified the individual.
-- February 2 at 10:02 a.m. Police received a complaint of property damage in Beaconsfield after windows were smashed.
-- February 3 at 7:31 p.m. Police received a report of an impaired driver in Victoria Vale.
-- February 3 at 11:21 a.m. Police were called to Nictaux to assist DNR following a report of a lynx, or bobcat seen in a backyard.
-- February 3 at 12:15 p.m. Police received a report of a near-miss accident caused by a speeding driver in Lequille.
-- February 3 at 5:40 p.m. Police received a complaint of a breech in Torbrook.
-- February 3 at 6:55 p.m. A Bridgetown resident reported an individual for throwing litter from a vehicle.
-- February 3 at 9:07 p.m. Police received a report of breech of peace order in Hillsburn.
-- February 4 at 10:10 a.m. Police received a report of mischief in Nictaux.
