Community Lunches
January 25 The Women’s Place Resource Centre in Bridgetown is hosting community lunches the last Friday of each month. Free Throw Championships
January 27 Knights of Columbus is sponsoring a Youth Free Throw Championship. All boys and girls ages 10 to 14 from Lawrencetown to Berwick are invited to participate in the local level of competition for the 2008 Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship. The local competition will be held January 27 at 2 p.m. at the Pine Ridge Middle School in Kingston. Registration begins at 1:30 p.m.. Refreshments will be provided. Proof of age is required.
