Green Mobility Strategy public consultation
The Ecology Action Centre, in collaboration with the Kings CED Agency, will host a public consultation session at the Kentville Recreation Centre at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2008.
The input from this session will inform the development of a Green Mobility Strategy for Nova Scotia. The strategy will offer recommendations for improving the environmental, social and economic sustainability of transportation options in Nova Scotia. These transportation options include transit, carpooling, walking and cycling.

So, You Want to Start a Business workshop
Do you have an idea and aren’t sure what to do next? Would you like some help to explore your business idea?
If so, the Acadia Centre for Social and Business Entrepreneurship (ACSBE) is offering a free workshop, with information and resources to help you start a business.
The workshop will be held Feb. 1, 2008 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Kings CED Agency, 35 Webster Street, Kentville.
