October 27, PEI's Nudie and the Turks make a special trip off island for your listening pleasure.
Formed in the spring of 2005, Nudie and the Turks took their vision first to the streets, busking anywhere and everywhere.
This year, they are touring Canada and the U.S. as well as releasing a follow-up to their debut release. Tickets are $8 and the show starts at 9 p.m. at the Union St. Café/ The Wick Pub.
Fusion Night
The fourth annual World in Wolfville Fusion Night is set for Oct. 27 at 8 p.m. in the Al Whittle Theatre, Wolfville.
Ken Shorley is promising an exciting evening, featuring four dynamic musicians of diverse global traditions: Sageev Oore on piano, John Scott on voice and accordion, Euge Cormier on guitar and Ken himself on hand drums and percussion.
Tickets are $15 at the door, or $12 in advance at Just Us Cafe, Wolfville.
