There were 114 reports made to RCMP in Kings County between Sept. 17 and Sept. 20.

There were five thefts from businesses over three days last week. Copper wire was stolen from a firm on Cambridge Mtn. Rd. last Monday

A counterfeit $10 bill turned up at Zellers in New Minas. A collision occurred on Commercial St. in New Minas at 3:36 p.m.

A Glebe Rd. householder found flowers pulled up and on the road in Greenwood.

A man stole several bags of chips and ran away from a convenience store in Aldershot.

One person was arrested after someone stole tomatoes and zucchini from a farm market in Centreville and took off in a car.

A drunk turned up at the Jones Rd., New Minas detachment with a paranoid story about 11:26 p.m. He was lodged in a cell.

Some $30,000 worth of generators was stolen from a shed on Howe Ave. in New Minas after a lock was cut last Tuesday.

A garage was broken into on Main St. in Wolfville. Four tires and tools were taken.

Someone tried to break into a trailer at a construction site on Westwood Ave. in Wolfville. University security scared him off.

Someone paint-balled windows at a home on Scott Dr. in north Kentville.

A storage building on a farm on Brow Mtn. Rd. near Hall's Harbour was broken into and a heater, along with copper wire, stolen. A panel of glass was kicked in at a bank in New Minas.

Someone was fraudulently selling native status cards for $50 near Wolfville.

A frustrated Canning parent reported an ongoing problem with a nine-year-old throwing rocks at other children.

Someone smashed a door on a warehouse near Waterville and stole burners.

Three youth were throwing rocks off the overpass at Avonport and dented a car roof at 4 p.m. There was a hit and run collision on the Pereau Rd.

At 6 a.m. last Wednesday, a South Berwick resident reported a business ransacked and tools missing.

The driver of a green Grand-Am failed to pay for $20 worth of gas in Coldbrook.

A Dodge Ram truck was stolen from McDow Rd. in north Kentville.

An industrial fan was stolen from a construction site on Wickwire Ave. in Wolfville.

Four solar lights were stolen from the Black Rock Rd. near Waterville. A payloader in Auburn was damaged by vandals.

A person was found sleeping in a tent pitched in the middle of the ball field at Lockhart-Ryan Park in New Minas about 8:30 a.m.. He was asked to move on, but did not.

Someone threw a bottle at the window of a business on Commercial St. in New Minas.

A collision occurred in Kingston. Two gas cans and a wheel were stolen from a garage at Casey's Corner after the door was kicked open.

A car swerved for a raccoon and rolled over in Coldbrook about 7:30 p.m.

Five or six youth were lighting oil and gas on fire in a drum in Kingston. This prompted a 911 call to police, who patrolled and told the youth that fires near residential areas required a permit.

There were six domestic calls. One was about a 12-year-old boy smashing furniture while another resulted from a spouse spending $8,000. Police arrested a 14-year-old girl who punched her mother in the head as she was already on an undertaking. There were two mental health incidents.

Five false business alarms, three false residential alarms and five false 911 calls came in.
