Paint the Port

Corrine Ledson-Silver of Rockland, Kings County paints on location as part of the first annual 'Paint the Port' art event in Hantsport Sept. 16. A total of 14 artists painted throughout the town all day Sunday, after which the paintings were sold at a silent auction. Event coordinator Rev. Dan Jamer (putting a painting on display) was very pleased with the success of the event, which he said, "went very well for our first effort."
