A masked man came to a home in Ross Corner on the North Mtn., carrying what looked like a machete. The assailant tried to enter the house about 3 p.m.
A male shoplifter was spotted in New Minas. Berwick police received a 911 call about two abandoned cats.
There was a single vehicle collision near Aylesford Lake. A green mountain bike was found on Highland Ave. in Wolfville.
Some tools and gas were stolen from a residence in Waterville overnight.
Early last Tuesday morning a 911 caller reported a suspicious man on the front lawn of a house on Lockhart Mtn. Rd.
A case of gas and go occurred in Coldbrook.
A Kingston business reported a computer hacker using its website fraudulently. A case of bullying was reported from Kingsport.
A man pounded aggressively on a door on Maple St. in Berwick, but was gone when police arrived.
Several calls were received about a former tenant causing damage to an apartment in Auburn. A 911 caller reported a motorcycle collision in Greenwood at 2:33 p.m.
Two youth were shoplifting in Wal-Mart in New Minas. Twenty minutes later a vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot was engulfed in flames.
Three different citizens turned over personal ID found on Main St. in Wolfville to the police. An electric guitar was stolen at the Burlington corn boil.
A driver in Greenwood was reported for not buckling children in. The vehicle was stopped in Berwick and the driver charged. The fine is $164.50.
A 13-year-old playing with a knife in the A&W in New Minas injured himself and was taken to hospital.
Security at the mall in New Minas reported youth for throwing rocks up at a skylight. They were released to their parents and won't be welcomed back.
A four HP engine was stolen from the Old Post Rd. in Grand Pre. A noise complaint came in from Highland Ave. in Wolfville at 11:44 p.m.

A cow was on the Black Rock Rd. at 9:26 a.m. last Wednesday. A camera was stolen from a vehicle in Cambridge.
There were minor injuries in a collision in Aylesford. An excavator was vandalized at a pit near Casey's Corner.
Copper plumbing materials were stolen from a garage on Maple St. in Kingston.
An elderly driver was driving dangerously on a four-wheeler in Hortonville.
Underage youth were drinking on Brooklyn St. in north Kentville at 4:23 p.m. There was a collision involving a bike and a car on the White Rock Rd.
Security staff chased someone who tried to steal a dirt bike out of the Canadian Tire store in New Minas. The bike was abandoned and the chase went as far as Wal-Mart.
At 7:25 p.m. six youth were observed drinking a quart of whiskey on Oakdene Ave. in north Kentville.
A gumball machine was found without any gumballs on Main St. in Kingston. The money was still contained.
An unwanted female guest was reported in Cambridge. A single vehicle collision took place in Sheffield Mills. Youth were reported on top of the Empire Cinemas at 11:12 p.m.
Early Thursday morning an alleged home invasion was reported from the North Mtn. The caller seemed pleased by all the pretty police cars that attended.
A ride-on mower was stolen from Gaspereau River Rd. The key had been left in it.
There were 10 domestic calls, including two brothers arguing. One man was arrested for assault.
There were four mental health incidents, including a caller bemoaning bad cider. There were sudden deaths in Wolfville and Lower Canard.
There were 12 false business alarms, three false residential alarms and nine false 911 calls.
