Clean-up crew made big difference!

To the Editor:

I'm writing to say a big thank-you to the group of young people who arrived at Huntington's Point a few Saturdays ago with garbage bags in hand. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up all the plastic, rope and garbage that washes up on the beach.

We who live here try our best to pick up what we can, but it can be a losing battle at times so this group effort really made a big difference.

The beach looks awesome and we will try our best to keep it that way. Would love to know who to say thank-you to and would like to know if you’re coming back. I'll supply the hot dogs next time.
