Post TV Prime Time page is changing

SYDNEY — Some changes are coming to the Cape Breton Post’s TV Prime Time page.

Saturday's edition carries the last prime time TV grid listings.

Television viewers now watch TV via a variety of mediums, including cable, satellite and computer. That fact makes it almost impossible for newspapers to produce TV listings that cover all the mediums and the multitude of stations and programs that are available.

Beginning on Monday, the Post is making some changes.

Each day we’ll bring you a TV Today section, which will carry three new features — a daily Top Picks highlighting shows you may want to check out, a look at some of the movies that will be on television and some sports shows to watch for.

The page will also feature stories and photographs from the world of entertainment including an occasional TV column by CP entertainment writer Bill Brioux called Brioux on the Box.

There will also be plenty of space for stories and pictures about the hottest stars and their projects, movie reviews and entertainment briefs. In addition, there will be updates on celebrity birthdays, box office numbers and look-backs in entertainment history.

For those who see want to see full TV listings just visit our website at and click on TV LISTINGS. You’ll find it near the top of our homepage.

We hope you enjoy and, as always, appreciate your feedback.
