Two sent to hospital with serious injuries after car flips, hits car and motorcycle in Cole Harbour

RCMP say two people were taken to hospital with serious injuries Aug. 4, after a pickup truck collided with a car, before flipping and hitting another car and motorcycle in Cole Harbour.

Around 5 p.m., RCMP responded to the intersection of Main Street and Forest Hills where a Chevrolet pickup driving on Main Street towards Dartmouth had collided into a Toyota Camry.

According to a release, RCMP say the truck flipped and hit a Ford Focus as well as a motorcycle.

The truck driver, a 49-year-old Cherrybrook woman, and the a 49-year-old Dartmouth man driving the motorcycle were both taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The RCMP traffic analyst was on scene Monday night, and drivers were asked to avoid the area so police could continue the investigation.
