Kentville Police confirmed Feb. 6 that they are awaiting toxicology reports to determine if they will be proceeding with an investigation into a sudden death of a 23-year-old Kentville man last week.
Const. Mike Goss confirmed that police are ruling out foul play in the Feb. 1 death.

Kentville Police were called to the scene of a sudden death Feb. 1.
Sgt. Darrell Brown said paramedics called police around 9:45 a.m. to investigate the death of a 23-year-old Kentville man.
“We investigate all sudden deaths,” Brown confirmed. The medical examiners’ office would follow up, he added, but said there was no indication Friday that the death was suspicious.
The man’s name has not been released.
