There was a loud party in Kingston at 3:11 a.m.
An intoxicated man in Greenwood was escorted home at 4:58 a.m.
A driver was handed a seven-day suspension when stopped at Casey’s Corner at 9:42 a.m.
A door was damaged overnight in North Kentville.
A vehicle hit a deer in Canning.
A 19-year-old male driver was arrested after being caught speeding on River Road near Gaspereau. He had a small amount of cannabis. He was given a $291.45 ticket for speeding.
A cow was reported on the road in Lakeville.
There was an assault in New Minas.
A noise complaint came in from North Kentville.
Alcohol consumption and loud music were noted at 11:37 p.m. from Gaspereau Avenue in Wolfville.
A fight was reported at 1:28 a.m. from a drinking establishment in New Minas. Later a 23-year-old female, who was inebriated, was arrested at a drinking establishment in the same village and held until sober.
One person was arrested following a break-in at a business in Steam Mill. Police are investigating.
A vehicle that was stopped in Kingston was towed after police determined it was not registered. The driver had also been drinking.
A noise complaint came in from Wolfville Ridge at 3:12 a.m.
An assault was reported from Greenwood.
A Morden resident reported a prowler from the night before.
A parking issue was noted at 12:19 p.m. near Orchard and King streets in Wolfville.
An impaired 28-year-old male driver was stopped in Wolfville.
At 1:10 p.m. a break-in to a warehouse was reported from Kingston. Some product was taken. A second shed was broken into as well.
There was a single-vehicle collision in Centreville.
Some furniture was noted on the middle of the road in Coldbrook.
A neighbourhood dispute was reported from North Kentville. Some spitting was involved and a second complaint came in.
A dog was left in a vehicle while its owners visited the zoo near Aylesford.
A vehicle hit a bike in New Minas.
There was a minor collision in Grand Pré at 7:40 p.m.
A suspicious Mazda was driving in and out of properties in Canning at 9:18 p.m.
Some loud music was reported in Kingston.
Someone abandoned a vehicle in someone else’s driveway in Black Rock.
A loud party was reported at 11:35 p.m. on River View Drive in Wolfville.
Between Aug. 21 and Aug. 25 there were 10 family relations incidents. A daughter and her boy friend were reported as unwanted and two mothers got into disputes with their offspring.
There were five mental health issues. Eight domestic concerns arose. Two men were arrested for assault in separate incidents.
Three landlord/tenant issues arose in North Kentville and Centreville. Two wellbeing checks were requested. There was a single adult group home issue and three that were reported from youth group homes.
There were 14 driving complaints. Speeding was noted in North Kentville. One elderly driver and one medical issue were reported.
Checkpoints were set up in Lakeville, Port Williams, Waterville, Coldbrook, Canning, Casey’s Corner, Garland, Berwick, Hants Border, New Minas and four in Aylesford.
There were four false alarms and seven false 911 calls.
