Custody for recognizance offence in Kentville

Craig David Robar, 37, of Kentville, has been sentenced to time in custody for failing to comply with a recognizance by failing to remain in his residence at all times.

Robar pleaded guilty to the charge on July 30. Judge Alan Tufts sentenced him to 15 days in custody.

Robar committed the offence in Kentville on July 26.
