It’s a ‘three-peat’ for the Valley Ghost Walks team in the Mud Creek Days Mud Challenge. In an event that’s come to be known as the messiest and most fun tradition in the Valley, 11 teams squared off to determine the champion of the muddy challenges with Valley Ghost Walks taking first for the third straight year. The event was held July 26 in Wolfville's Willow Park.

The L’Arche Homefires ‘Mud Puddlers’ took second place and the ‘Shadow Council’ team took third. Challenges included a mud triathlon, a ‘Jack and Jill’ mud race, mud volleyball, a dunk tank and spelling ‘Mudley’ by finding the letters in correct order in a pool of mud. Photo slideshow and mud challenge video to come.
