Breaching conditions

Harold Bernard Walker, 57, of North Kingston, was sentenced to 30 days in custody on July 16 for breaching his conditions July 12 in Kingston.

Meanwhile, Trevor Junior St. Elmo Reid, 22, of North Kentville, appeared in Windsor provincial court July 14 for sentencing on a July 11 charge of breach of an undertaking. Reid entered a guilty plea and was fined $13 by the court.

 

Impaired driver

Harold Bernard Walker, 57, of Kingston, was handed a $1,200 fine and banned from driving for 15 months during a July 14 appearance in Windsor provincial court.

Walker pleaded guilty to a charge of impaired driving, laid June 4 in Kingston. The court also imposed a term of 15 months of probation on Walker.
