Acadia University, Wolfville

Power has been restored to Acadia's campus and the university has reopened.
There are no classes at Acadia University today due to an extended power outage.
The school has limited power and internet services and campus' information phone line are still down July 7 two days after the post-tropical storm.
Camps and orientation are still taking place.
The Nova Scotia Power outage site estimates power will be restored to campus at 11:30 p.m. tonight.
The university says students, faculty and non-essential staff are not expected to come on campus when classes are cancelled. However,the school is asking some faculty and staff involved in orientation and camps d to attend.

The Athletics Complex, Library, Students' Union, and Harriet Irving Botanical Gardens remain closed. The K.C. Irving Environmental Science Centre is open. Fountain Commons and University Hall will open for scheduled events.
Occupied residence building and Wheelock Dining Hall will operate at reduced capacity.
