May 18

Just after midnight, a passenger in a vehicle stopped in Greenwood was found with cannabis. He was 17.

A 25-year-old female driver was suspended for seven days in New Minas.

At 2:32 a.m., an intoxicated woman in her fifties fell and hit her head in Gaspereau.

There was a loud party in North Kentville at 3:37 a.m. Later, some solar lights and a planter were reported stolen nearby.

A gas and go took place in New Minas.

An excavator was stolen from Linden Avenue in Wolfville and then located in a parking lot on Summer Street with minor damage.

A 47-year-old woman speeding on Highway 101 near Berwick was fined $291.45.

Several children were left unattended in a vehicle outside a New Minas business.

Someone paint-balled signs in New Minas near Highbury.

An assault involving two women was reported in Waterville.

Some money was taken during a break-in in Canning.

An impaired driver was stopped in Kingston at 10:15 p.m. and he received a three-month suspension.

His intoxicated passenger was charged with obstructing a peace officer.

May 19

A man was arrested at a checkpoint in Centreville due to the smell of marijuana at 1:30 a.m.

It was reported a suspicious man was sitting in a vehicle at 1:30 a.m. in North Kentville. He was waiting for his daughter to return home from a dance competition.

A man was reported for ringing apartment buzzers at an apartment building in Wolfville.

A child's bike was stolen overnight in North Kentville.

A Wolfville resident arrived home to find people had been in her sub-letted apartment. There was no sign of forced entry, but the refrigerator was open and the beer gone.

Later, several strange individuals were reported by another occupant of the same building.

A warning was issue after an off-road vehicle complaint in Cambridge.

There was a collision in Wolfville.

There was a disturbance in Kingston at 11:26 p.m.

May 20

A neighbourhood dispute was reported in Kingston.

There was a gas and go in Berwick at 9:21 p.m.

Some youth were go-carting on a road in Coldbrook. Police spoke to their parents.

Some cheques were stolen in Morristown.

There was a dispute in the parking lot of a business in Coldbrook and a shoplifter was stopped in Wolfville.

A break-in was reported in Baxter's Harbour.

Skateboarders were being videotaped while riding down Black Rock Mountain.

A man was difficult at the scene of a fire in North Kentville at 2 p.m.

A caller expressed concern about a woman and child walking on the road at the Cornwallis crossing.

A residence was broken into on Highland Avenue in Wolfville. The door was left wide open.

A 38-year-old man was charged with unauthorized possession of firearms and unsafe storage after police checked the home in Morristown on a warrant.

Two people broke into an empty apartment on the South Mountain.

May 21

At 12:38 a.m., someone reported the smell of gas in Hants Border.

There was a loud party in North Kentville.

A prowler was reported at 4 a.m. in a yard in New Minas.

Some minor vandalism occurred at a seasonal residence in Greenfield after a break-in. Nothing was taken.

An assault involving an adult and a youth in Hall's Harbour is being investigated.

A child welfare concern was registered.

Some youth were reported for not wearing helmets while riding bikes in North Kentville.

A 45-year-old man was arrested for breaching probation.

Five boxes of Kraft Dinner were stolen during a break-in at a Wolfville apartment.

A Lakewood Road resident reported some target practice going on in North Kentville that appeared too close to homes.

A charge of fraud about phone purchases was laid in New Minas.

A cow was loose in Lakeville at 7:17 p.m., but it was not on the road.

Harassing phone calls were reported in Gaspereau, Greenwich and North Kentville. There were threats made in Kingston.
