An amphibious vehicle worth $30,000 was stolen from a repair centre compound in Kingston on Feb. 1.

It’s believed that someone went over a fence at G.W. Sampson Ltd. and stole an eight-wheeled, off-road Argo sometime between 3:30–4 a.m.

The thieves then drove the dark green vehicle out through a hole made in the fence. It was sighted again on Saturday.

RCMP are looking for any information about this very unique vehicle, said Const. Blair MacMurtery.
