All AVRSB schools closed today, Wed., Jan 22. Regional office/all worksites closed today

Acadia's campus is closed today 

- NSCC Kingstec is closed today 

- The Kings County Advertiser/Register office in Kentville will be closing at noon

- Landmark East in Wolfville is closed

- Ecole Rose des Vents in Greenwood is closed

Kings Transit buses are all off the road until further notice

Kings Point to Point transportation. All rides are cancelled today.

- County of Kings municipal offices are closed today

Wolfville town offices are closed

The Louis Millett Community Complex in New Minas is closed today at 12:30. All Village programs have been cancelled for today. The New Minas Village Office will be closed at 1:00 p.m. today.

- Berwick town hall is now closed

- Kentville town hall closed at 1 p.m.

- The Kings Volunteer Resource Centre is closed today due to weather.

- Tonight's Acadia basketball games against Saint Mary's  are postponed due to storm. Make up date TBD. 

All Wolfville Tritons Swim Club practices are cancelled for the day due to hazardous weather conditions. Practices will resume tomorrow, Jan.23, as scheduled.

- The Jan. 22 First Aid course in Kentville at Canadian Red Cross has been cancelled

The Jan. 22 Kentville Farmers Market has been cancelled due to bad weather; stay in and stay warm!

- Acadia E Centre offices in Wolfville, Bridgewater and Hubbards are closed due to the weather.

- Kentville Courthouses:

Family Court WILL NOT BE SITTING. All matters set down for Wednesday the 22nd have been moved to Thursday the 23rd. Conciliation and Group Information for Respondents are being rescheduled as well.

Provincial Court is planning to sit as scheduled.

Supreme Court WILL NOT BE SITTING in Windsor.

Divorce Intake appointments are rescheduled to another date.

Small Claims Court evening hearing in Windsor is rescheduled to Wednesday, Jan. 29

- For the safety of staff and customers Blomidon Nurseries will be closed Jan 22, reopening Thursday morning 8 a.m.

- Gaspereau Valley Fibres is closed tomorrow due to pending weather

- Acadia Performance Training won't be holding sessions tomorrow due to weather. Sessions to resume Thursday.

- Acadia Divinity College will be closed Jan. 22

- Flowercart is closed for both staff and clients

- New Mina's Children's Centre is closed

- Valley Recycling Enviro Depot in Greenwich is closed

- Wolfville Children's Centre is closed 

- The head office of the Annapolis Valley Regional Library is closed and all Bookmobile visits have been cancelled

Greenwood Military Family Resource Centre - including the GMFRC Casual Childcare Centre and the GMFRC Preschool Programs - is closed 

- Wheatons in Berwick is closed

- All programs at the L.M.C.C. are cancelled.

- Killam Images in Kentville is closed due to weather today.

- Walk-in x-ray service at Western Kings Memorial Health Centre will be closed today, Wednesday, January 22, due to staffing availability. Walk-in service is available today at:

· Valley Regional Hospital – 9 am to 3:30 pm · Soldiers Memorial Hospital – 8 am to 4 pm   - ECG walk-in service at Western Kings Memorial in Berwick will be unavailable today. Walk-in ECG service is available today at:

· Valley Regional Hospital – 8 am to 2 pm

· Soldiers Memorial Hospital – 8 am to 2 pm

- The walk-in health clinic at Western Kings Memorial Health Centre will be closed this evening due to physician availability. Normal walk-in clinic hours are scheduled to resume tomorrow, operating from 5 pm-9 pm.  

- The walk-in health clinic at Eastern Kings Memorial Community Health Centre will be closed this evening. Normal walk-in clinic hours are scheduled to resume tomorrow, operating from 5 pm-9 pm.  

 - The January meeting of the Kings County Schizophrenia Society, scheduled for tonight at the Millet Centre, New Minas, is cancelled.

- Rainbow's End Books and Discs in Wolfville is closed at this time due to the storm

- The Clayground in Wolfville is closed today. 

- The People Jewellery showcase event at the Greenwood Mall is cancelled due to weather. Stay tuned for new date. Store is open today.

- All Access Nova Scotia, Registry of Motor Vehicles and Land Registration Offices are closed for the rest of today, Jan. 22, because of weather conditions. The province's toll-free number 1-800-670-4357, which handles public enquiries, is also closed.

- County Fair Mall, New Minas, is closing at 2 p.m. Sobeys will remain open.

- Due to the inclement weather, Acadia Minor Hockey is cancelling all activities this evening. The Acadia Arena has already been closed.

- Kings County NSLC outlets are closed
