A number of branches have fallen due to heavy ice on trees. 

Watch out for falling branches - while the freezing rain warning has ended in Kings County, trees are covered with ice and branches are still falling.

There are still 770 Kings County residents without power this morning, but it is expected to be restored by mid-morning. 

The affected areas are:

Centreville, Billtown, Steam Mill Village, Glenmont, Baxters Hbr, Lakeville, Halls Hbr and Sheffield Mills and surrounding areas

Waterville, Black Rock Rd, Maple Ave west to Berwick, Grafton, Woodville, Canada Creek, Chipman Brook, Somerset, Welsford, Garland, Harbourville and adjacent side roads

Waterville west from Thompson Rd, Prospect Rd west from Bond Rd, South Berwick, Morristown, East Aylesford, Weston, Viewmont, Burlington, west side of Harbourville and adjacent side roads

East Kingston, Auburn, Aylesford, Morden, Ogilve, Victoria Harbour, Millville, Nicholsville and surrounding areas.

According to Environment Canada, area residents can still expect periods of rain or freezing rain changing to flurries early this morning. Snowfall amount 2 cm. Fog patches dissipating early this morning. Wind northwest 20 km/h. Temperature falling to minus 3 this afternoon.
