Kings North forum scheduled for tonight
The Kings County Advertiser and Register is teaming up with the Annapolis Valley Chamber of Commerce to host a series of candidate’s forums in the area.
The forums will be held in each riding and all registered candidates in each riding on the date of the event will be invited to attend. The public is encouraged to attend the events to help determine who they’ll support in the upcoming provincial election.
The Kings North forum, which is also co-hosted by the Nova Scotia Community College, will be held at the Kingstec campus on Sept. 18, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
In Kings South, the forum will be held at the Louis Millet Centre in New Minas on Sept. 19 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

The Kings West forum will be held at West Kings High School on Sept. 23 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
At each event, a question box will be set up at the entrance where the public can submit questions that will be posed to all candidates. Six questions will be selected from the public, while the Advertiser/Register and Chamber of Commerce will pose the other four questions.
Each candidate will be given one minute to introduce themselves prior to the forum getting underway.
