August 11, 11 a Selkirk chimney, worth $1,000, was stolen from a construction site in White Rock.

A bottle of Scotch was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked on Front St. in Wolfville.

Three youth threatened two other youth in Greenwood.

Someone was up to mischief at a shed in Greenfield.

An irate female was disturbing the peace at Wal-mart in New Minas at 3:40 p.m.

A vehicle was scratched while parked at Canadian Tire in New Minas.

Firewood was stolen from Victoria Rd. in Aylesford.

A man in a ski mark assaulted a women at an apartment door in Kingston about 1:55 a.m. on Aug. 12.

A water pump and two tanks were stolen from White Rock Rd.

Solar lights were taken from a residence on Chestnut Ave. overnight.

Copper pipe was stolen from a cottage on the North Medford Rd.

A stocky man in a leather hat took recyclables from a Patricia Dr. residence in New Minas.

At 7 p.m., a man was loitering outside the liquor store in Wolfville.

A man who was not a customer was causing mischief at Pronto Pizza in Wolfville at 9 p.m.

Police arrested an impaired driver on Main St. in Wolfville at 2:27 a.m. Aug. 13.

Vandals struck the Paragon Golf Course in Kingston overnight. Flags were thrown in a pond and the number three green dug up.

Equipment was stolen out of a garage in Coldbrook.

A lawn mower was stolen overnight from behind a residence on Sherwood Dr. in Wolfville.

Early Aug. 14, two males threw rocks, corn and tomatoes at a trailer in Waterville.

A 1984 Honda dirt bike was stolen overnight in Canning.

On-going problems with vandalism was reported from Main St. in Kingston, including a slashed kiddie pool.

Someone vandalized flowers at Elmgrove Cemetery in Steam Mill.

A shoplifter arrested at Wal-mart in New Minas was arrested after he was found to be on parole from Dorchester.

Four males were loitering near a car wash in Coldbrook.

A 50-year-old female shop lifter was stopped at Zellers in New Minas at 4:30 p.m.

Three young males were caught putting graffiti on the smoking area at the Greenwood Mall. They agreed to paint over the red marker they’d used.

August 15, there was a loud party on Matthew’s Lane in Kingston.

A male and female arguing were disturbing the peace on Applecrest Dr. in North Kentville at 2:30 a.m.

A stolen credit card was used in New Minas at 9:30 a.m.

Oil and fluids were stolen out of a shed in West Brooklyn.

A man operating a motorcycle in Auburn was arrested at a check point at 10 p.m. and found impaired. He had no license, insurance or registration and will be in court in September.

A loud party took place on Winter St. in Wolfville.

Tools were stolen from a barn in Greenwich between Aug. 8 and Aug. 15.

Thieves stole a Playstation out of a car parked at Empire Theatres in New Minas.

Overnight Aug. 16, someone keyed and dented a vehicle parked on Elizabeth Dr. in North Kentville.

A 24-hour suspension was handed out in Cambridge.

Early Aug. 17, police were called twice to Legends Lounge in Colbrook.

A car was vandalized outside the rehab centre in Waterville overnight.

Someone attempted to break into the Sourdough Bakery in Cambridge, but the alarm scared them off.

Another vehicle parked in New Minas was damaged when a window was smashed.

There were minor collisions in Kingston, Harbourville, Canaan and Waterville.

Four mental health calls came in, including someone claiming their neighbour was eating their flowers. One attempted suicide was reported.

Nine domestic incidents occurred, including one assault. There were eight false alarms and eight false 911 calls.
