The Annapolis RCMP received 73 calls from March 16 through March 23. Among these were: two false 911s, 12 traffic accidents, three domestic disputes, and two mental health matters.  Following are a few of those calls:

--March 16 at 2:50 a.m. Middleton. Police were called to a disturbance at the pub. An individual was arrested and later released.

--March 16 at 3:47 a.m. Middleton. A complaint of property damage was reported after a vacuum system was damaged at the car wash. The matter is under investigation.

--March 16 at 1:42 p.m. Wilmot. An assault was reported. One person was taken to hospital for treatment. The matter is under investigation.

--March 16 at 2:11 p.m. Greenland. Police are investigating two reports of threats made over the phone. 

--March 16 at 9:44 p.m. Waldeck . An assault was reported. One person was arrested.

--March 17 at 12:15 p.m.  Middleton. A cheque fraud is reported.

--March 17 at 2:31 p.m. Bridgetown. Police received a report of a hit-and-run.

--March 17 at 4:30 p.m. Beaconfield. A single-vehicle accident was reported after two deer jumped out of the ditch and ran into the side of the vehicle.

--March 18 at 8:34 p.m.  Bridgetown. Harassing phone calls were reported.

--March 18 at 8:53 p.m. RoundHill. Horses were reported to be wandering on the highway. Patrols found no signs of any horses on the road.

--March 19 at 1:58 a.m. Nictaux. Police received a report of a disturbance at a residence. A person was outside yelling.

--March 19 at 12 p.m.. Deep Brook. Threats made on Facebook were reported.

--March 19 at 3:46 p.m. Middleton. A complaint of mischief was reported after a person threw rocks at a residence. Suspects fled prior to police arrival.

--March 19 at 7:17 p.m. Meadowvale. An unlicensed vehicle with no plates was reported to be driving around. This is an ongoing issue. Patrols were made but were unable to locate the vehicle

--March 19 at 11:05 p.m. Lawrencetown. Mischief was reported after the driver’s side mirror was broken off a vehicle.

--March 20 at 1:46 p.m. Clarence. Two patio chairs were reported stolen.

--March 20 at 4:16 p.m. Middleton. A suspicious person was reported to be hanging around a residence. A patrol was made but was unable to locate the person.

--March 20 at 4:59 p.m. Nictaux. A complaint of property damage was reported after a pool was damaged.

--March 20 at 5:58 p.m.  Middleton. A possible impaired driver was reported. Patrols were made but police were unable to locate the vehicle.

--March 20 at 7:37 p.m.  Nictaux. Threats were reported. One person was arrested and later released.

--March 20 at 10:07 p.m. Nictaux. An assault was reported. One person was arrested. The matter remains under investigation.

--March 21 at 7:52 a.m. Moshers Corner. Police were called to a single-vehicle collision. The vehicle went of the road due to road conditions. One person was taken to hospital.

--March 21 at 1 p.m. Nictaux. A two-vehicle collision was reported after one vehicle backed into another. The driver was warned for backing up when it was unsafe.

--March 21 at 3:15 p.m. Middleton. Police were called to a two-vehicle collision near Tim Horton’s. No charges were laid.

 

--March 22 at 00:33 a.m. Wilmot. An impaired driver was reported. One person was arrested, charged, and held in custody. The person was released later with a future court date.

--March 22 at 1:14 a.m. Middleton. Police were called to a disturbance. The neighbour was banging on the wall. Police attend and spoke to the occupant.

--March 22 at 3:14 a.m. Prince Albert. Police received a report of careless use of a firearm. Someone reported that a person had been shooting a gun off in the area. Patrols made were unable to locate the person.

--March 22 at 7:44 p.m. Melvern Square. Police received a report of suspicious activity. Footprints had been seen in freshly fallen snow behind the property. No suspects were found.

--March 23 at 10:48 a.m.  Wilmot.  A license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle over night

--March 23 at 7:32 p.m.  An assault was reported. One person was arrested, and later released with a future court date.
