A stolen ATV was recovered from the water off the Shag Harbour Wharf on Wednesday.

RCMP have arrested an 18-year-old Shelburne County man after an all terrain vehicle was stolen sometime overnight Jan. 19-20 from an Oak Park home.

The ATV was recovered from the water off Shag Harbour Wharf on Wednesday, Jan. 22.

The accused is facing charges of possession of stolen property, theft, mischief to property and breach of an undertaking.

The man was held overnight in jail and released before a judge to appear in Barrington Provincial Court on Feb. 27.
