There were 37 calls for service from Aug. 29 to Sept. 5
On Aug. 29 Queens Archery Association reported that their clubhouse and an outbuilding on the same property along White Point road were broken into sometime during past week. A small amount of loose change was taken.
On Aug. 30 it was reported to police that 8-9 trees were cut down on the complainant’s property located on Moose Pit Road near Caledonia.
On Aug. 31 a camp located in the woods off Old Port Mouton Road was broken into sometime over the week. Nothing was taken.
On Sept. 2 a break and enter to a residence occurred on Ponhook Reserve. A female had entered by breaking a window. The owner of the property knew the suspect and did not wish to pursue charges.
On Sept. 4 at 6:30pm police were called to residence in Port Medway after a male walked into the woods after making comments about harming himself. Police Dog Services, DNR Air Services and DFO members on dirt bikes assisted Queens’ RCMP members in searching the area. The following day at approximately 4:30pm the male was located and transported to hospital for medical treatment.
