Vandal targets bandstand

At 2 a.m. on March 11 a vandal in an excavator attacked a bandstand in a Kingston park.

The bandstand was severely damaged, according to Const. Blair MacMurtery. An RCMP tracking dog was used to follow the path of the equipment and the investigation is ongoing.
