Kings District  R.C.M.P. responded to a theft in Kingston, at 2:41 p.m. at the Atlantic Super store on Jan. 24.

 

 

A male shoplifter was confronted for shoplifting by staff and fled. Police identified the male near the store and suspect fled with a police officer in pursue. The male dropped meat products as he fled and was apprehended by the officer after a short foot chase. On further investigation, this same man entered the Kingston Liquor Store and shoplifted a bottle of liquor previous to the original complaint. 

 

David Ryan Bezanson, a 26-year-old from Ogilvie, Kings County, was held to face charges of theft under, fail to attend court and resist arrest in Windsor Provincial Court today.
