On Dec. 10, at 7:40 a.m., Kings District R.C.M.P. received a report of a unknown male sleeping in a vehicle at an apartment parking lot in North Kentville.
Police arrested a 22-year-old Waterville man, Anthony Lee Miller-Dixon, at the scene after a brief struggle.
The investigation revealed that the vehicle was damaged during an alleged attempt to steal it. An additional five vehicles in the area were also entered, allegedly with the same intent. Miller-Dixon also allegedly entered two out buildings in the neighborhood and had in his possession break and enter tools.
Miller-Dixon appeared on charges of fail to comply with a probation order, resist police in the execution of their duty, utter a threat, assault , possession of break in instruments, two courts of break and enter and six courts of theft of motor vehicle. He has been remanded in custody until Dec. 12.
