Kings County Register

The New Minas “flasher” was out again last week.

The incident occurred in a parking lot at 11:45 a.m. June 19. A man followed an elderly woman along Commercial St. near a car dealership, overtook her and then exposed himself.

The 82-year-old woman described the culprit as about 18 years of age and wearing dark sweat pants and a hoodie.

Kings RCMP Cst. Les Kakonyi said the victim in this case did the right thing by heading for a public place.

Twice over the June 7 weekend, a man was reported for exposing himself to women: two saw him around 6:20 a.m. as they headed to work at Sobeys June 7, and another woman reported his indecent act behind the Swiss Chalet June 8 around 11 a.m.
