Parades, encampment, royalty, dance, and much more

The 84th of Foot encampent at Fort Anne is a tradition during Annapolis & District Natal Day celebrations.

This year’s Annapolis & District Natal Day Weekend theme is ‘History in the Making’ and there are dozens and dozens of events planned from parades and dances to royal coronation, sunset ceremonies, 84th of Foot Encampment, and fireworks. Following is the schedule:

 

THURSDAY, JULY 31

National Historic District Tour

Thursday, July 31 at 2:00 p.m. Adult $9.00, Youth (13-18) $5.00, and Child (12 & Under) $3.00. Departs from Lighthouse

 

2014 Princess Dessert Party

Thursday, July 31 at 6:30 p.m. (doors open at 6pm). Tickets $10.00 per person. Annapolis Royal Fire Hall. Sponsored by the Annapolis Royal Volunteer Fire Department. Decadent Desserts, Princess Fashion Show, Speech, and Impromptu Question

 

Candlelight Graveyard Tour

Thursday, July 31 at 9:30 p.m. Adult $9.00, Youth (13-18) $5.00, Child (12 & Under) $3.00. Fort Anne National Historic Site
