Curtis James Middleton, 34, of Yarmouth, has been charged with possession and trafficking charges following the execution of a search warrant.

Middleton, who is due to appear in provincial court on June 1, is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.

On Thursday, Feb. 4, at approximately 1 p.m., members of the RCMP Yarmouth town and rural detachments and the Yarmouth and Clare Street Crime Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant at Middleton’s residence. The police say a substance believed to be cocaine and marijuana was seized. The say the search was a result of an ongoing drug investigation.
