There were 127 reports made to RCMP in Kings County between May 26 and May 29.

At 12:47 a.m. last Monday an identified male youth was fighting on Commercial St. in New Minas.

There was an incident of mischief at the Forest Hill watershed park gate. A broken padlocked was reported.

A youth caught shoplifting shoes in New Minas at 3:03 p.m. was arrested.

On Kent Ave. in Wolfville speeding continues to be a problem. Increased patrols are occurring and charges have been laid, according to Cst. Darrell McDow.

A youth driving recklessly in Centreville received a warning. A resident of J.Jordan Rd. in Canning reported two broken upstairs windows due to vandalism.

A boat owner reported the theft of a motor off his 12-foot aluminum boat in Aldershot.

Several cattle were in the ditch near Highway 101 near Berwick at 6:44 p.m.

An ATV complaint was received from Welch Rd. on Gaspereau Mtn. Someone was driving recklessly without a helmet.

Illegal dumping took place in Aldershot and several bags of garbage were found in the ditch on both sides of the street. Authorities found a power bill and attempts will be made to locate the owner.

There was a break and enter to a residence earlier in the day on Oakdene Ave. in north

Kentville. PlayStation games were taken. There was an attempted break-in at an Aylesford cottage.

A Gaspereau Ave. resident reported a man trespassing at night. The complaint indicated the trespasser peeked out from behind a shed at 11 p.m. and then fled on foot.

Last Tuesday in Lockhart-Ryan Park in New Minas, a suspicious person was spotted in a vehicle at 12:30 a.m.

A mailbox was smashed on Main St. in Kingston. This kind of vandalism has occurred four times in the past month.

A Wolfville resident reported an incident of mischief when she discovered graffiti on the roof of a car in Wolfville.

There was a break-in to a shed on J. Jordan Rd. in Canning reported at 1 p.m. It took place behind the arena. A grass trimmer and gas were taken.

A collision occurred on English Mtn. Rd. in Coldbrook, followed by another one at Tiny Parrish Rd. at 4:30 p.m.

During a break from a home building project, a power saw was stolen about 5 p.m. on Canard St., Port Williams.

A male, aged about 30, stole cigarettes from a business in Centreville and ran to a waiting van parked down the street.

There was a minor collision involving a hit-and-run in Kingston at 9:45 p.m.

A report of someone disturbing the peace came in at 10:09 p.m. from the Coldbrook Tim Hortons. The man was gone when police arrived.

A loud party was disturbing the peace on Main St. in Kingston about 11:30 p.m.

On Highway 101 near Berwick, 10-12 cattle were loose for the fifth time in several days. The owner was located and the animals herded up about 12:30 a.m. last Wednesday.

At 1 a.m. a male was passed out in front of a store on Commercial St. in New Minas. He was arrested.

On Governor Crt. in north Kentville, someone found a keyed vehicle that had the air let out of tires overnight.

A suspicious male, claiming to represent a security company, was driving a black older model station wagon in West Hall’s Harbour and going door-to-door.

There was a theft overnight from the Top Hat Tavern in Greenwood. An inventory shed was broken into after locks were jimmied and food stolen.

Someone caught a shoplifter in Greenwood 1:54 p.m. The adult female took a bag of garbage bags.

There was a break and enter to a residence in West Black Rock reported at 3:08 p.m. The owner's 12-year-old son found a ransacked home when he returned from school.

A youth assaulted a staff member at a group home locally by throwing a cup of coffee.

A shoplifting 67-year-old female was stopped at Zellers in New Minas. A dirt bike complaint came in from Lockhartville.

There was trespassing and a disturbance at the Department of Transportation gravel pit on Jones Rd. at 7:38 p.m. A warning was issued.

At a Greenwood liquor establishment, a patron stole a VLT ticket from another patron and attempted to cash it. The individual was charged with theft.

A break-in to an unlocked vehicle was suspected after a horn went off, light came on and door was found open in Sheffield Mills.

A male in Clairmont Park in north Kingston at 10:10 p.m. followed another man down a path and then exposed himself.

A 911 caller reported a collision when a motorcycle was hit by car in downtown Wolfville. Minor injuries occurred and charges were laid Thursday at 7:15 a.m.

A group of solar lights was stolen in Steam Mill. Someone was on J. Jordan Rd. in Canning and attempted to steal copper wire from a shed.

Four domestic incidents took place, including one youth that was out of control. There were seven false alarms and seven false 911 calls. A six-year-old child called 911 barking like a dog and hung up. Needless to say, the child was spoken to by police.
