This Friday, Saturday and Tuesday Annapolis County's Farmer's Markets get the 2009 Buy Local Season off to a fresh start.
Expect to find local vendors hawking a healthy mix of meats, eggs, cheeses, vegetables and fruits (in season), cider, jams, jellies and dips, fish and seafood, breads, baked products, barbequed sausage (Middleton), prepared foods, bedding plants, flowers, perennials, grape vines (Bridgetown), home décor, unique crafts, jewelry, books (Bridgetown), and entertainment (Annapolis Royal).
