Canoe Island , Yarmouth County

A house and guest house being moved over the water to their new resting spots on Canoe Island, off Abbotts Harbour, Yarmouth County made their safe and final journey this week aboard a barge constructed by Arnold D'Eon of Pubnico.

The first half of the journey had taken place in October.

Once again, there was an army of volunteers
