The 16th Annual Craft Fair, Quilt Sale and Chowder Luncheon will take place this weekend - Sept. 19-20 - at the Seaside Center, 1066 Eastern Shore Road in Beach Meadows. Follow our signs and look for the blue building with the bright red doors.

Crafts, quilts and chowder at Seaside Center

The doors are open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Again this year, we are overflowing with Crafters from Queens, Lunenburg and Shelburne Counties, all inside spaces and tables are booked and we have eight more crafters who will be setting up outside as well. There will be rug hooking, hand quilting and basket weaving demonstrations. Local talent will be providing musical entertainment.

Both days, our Café will provide home made fish chowder, chili, hot dogs, biscuits, home made desserts, tea, coffee and pop. For a complete list of our Crafters and their products, please check out our list on novanewsnow.com - Queens County or the Queens County Times.

Thanks to our recent ACOA Grant, we have a gently winding, gravel pathway to Eagle Head Beach, so join us and support our Crafters, have a yummy lunch and work it off with a walk on the beach.

A Crafters Basket will be offered as a door prize. Admission is by donation and all proceeds will support the Seaside Center.
