- FOGARTY, Janet - On Dec. 21, 2007, Janet Fogarty passed away at the age of 40 years. She is survived by the love of her life, Dom Teo, and beloved cat Budd; mother Anne Fogarty of Nova Scotia; sisters: Pat Thomas, Kelley Forgarty, Lori Fogarty (Mark Proctor); brother Steve (Jean) Fogarty, numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her father Patrick Fogarty; brother-in-law Ernie Thomas; and nephew Bobby Fogarty. Memorial service was held Saturday, Jan. 5, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Robertson Wesley United Church, 10209- 123 Street, Edmonton. Donations in Janet’s memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Alberta Cancer Foundation. Condolences: www.serentiy.ca
