The Grand-Pré National Historic Site is holding a special day of kite flying Aug. 8. Members of the Sky-line Kite Club from Dieppe, NB, will make a presentation on kite flying and kite aerial photography.
It will followed by two- and four-line kite flying demonstrations. Children will have an opportunity to build and fly their own kite.
This family activity will start at 1:30 p.m. and run until 3:30 p.m. Rain date is Aug. 9 from 9 to 10 a.m.
