International Café a chance for Kings County newcomers to connect

It’s a chance for newcomers, immigrants, international students and other community members to connect and network. With the help of their sponsors, the Kings Volunteer Resource Centre in Kentville hosted an International Café on Aug. 1.  Resource centre manager Lisa Kamperman said they hold an international café on the first Friday of the month. The events are free and everyone is welcome. The centre is located downstairs in the municipal complex on Cornwallis Street.
