Windsor dancers whisk visitors off to the land of Oz

Tin Man, Dorothy, the Cowardly Lion and Scarecrow decide to seek out the powerful wizard together. 

Young talent from the Dorian Hall – Emily Gore School of Dance in Windsor recently took the stage at the Mermaid Imperial Performing Arts Centre to wow the audience with their rendition of the Wizard of Oz. The dance school, based in the Hants County War Memorial Community Centre, offers classes in ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, kidance, tap, acro, musical theatre, and yoga for ages three and up.

The main characters were played by Dorothy (Kiera Huntley), Lion (Sasha Postma), Scarecrow (Lana Dauphniee), Tinman (Jenna Williams), Mayor (Maia Pothier), Wicked Witch of the West (Elise Lynch),  Glenda: the Good Witch (Ellen Moore), Wicked Witch of the East (Cassidy Lutes).
