Berwick Winter Carnival is taking place this weekend, featuring all ages fun.

Saturday's events included lots of fun games and activities, crafts, a ticket auction, bake sale and more, there was something for everyone in the family to enjoy.

The Berwick and District Nursery School held a fun fair fundraiser in the town hall gym Feb. 8. The Berwick Library held a book sale fundraiser in the foyer and visitors also had a chance to try their hand at rug hooking. Members of the Rags to Riches rug hooking group were in the library demonstrating their craft.

Other winter carnival events on Feb. 8 included a family breakfast at the Masonic Lodge and a sledding party at Grand View Manor.

Winter Carnival continues on Feb. 9 in Rainforth Park, with igloo building, an outdoor skate at the Berwick oval and wagon rides provided by Bobby Daniels and his horses Charlie and Willie.
