Once again the annual free Christmas dinner is being held at the Anglican Church Hall, Anne Street, Shelburne on Dec. 25 from 3 until 5 p.m.  This is a Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. The organizers are encouraging the general public to attend. Come and enjoy the friendship and cheer of the season.

There will be a meeting at the Anglican Church Hall on Dec. 23 at 7 p.m. for those who are interested in volunteering. This will be an organizational meeting to assign tasks and duties. If you are unable to attend, but wish to volunteer, or need further information, call Hank Falk at 875-3741. Volunteers are needed as drivers, as well as, musicians, kitchen workers, greeters, people to assist with setting up and taking down, etc.

Last year, the organizers served dinner to approximately 75 people and they are hoping to see the number increase again this year.
