Mersey Band Concert

July 29 at Brooklyn Bandstand, 7 pm. Bring your lawn chair for an evening of music under the direction of Scott A. MacDonald. Expect to hear old time favorites, waltzes, big band tunes, pop favorites, classical music as well as marches. (weather permitting)

Cost: $6.00 (snack included). Pre-register by Thursday, August 7th. In the event of rain this activity will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #38, Liverpool.

Infinity Sticks, Caledonia

Think you have the skills to master infinity sticks? Learn how to make and juggle your own infinity sticks with the Recreation Dept at Miriam Hunt Park on August 14 from 1 – 3pm. Age: 7 years +. Cost: $6.00 (snack included). Pre-register by Friday, August 8th. In the event of rain this activity will be held at the Masonic Hall, Caledonia.

Diva Day, Liverpool

Calling all princesses! Dress up like the princess you are and enjoy marvelous activities meant just for you on Monday, August 18th at the Rossignol Cultural Centre, English Room from 1 – 3 pm. Cost: $8.00 snack included. Please call the Recreation Department to pre-register by August 13th. Space is limited to 15 participants.

Glow Bowling, Liverpool

The pins will be ready, and the bowling balls will be waiting for you to roll a strike! Wear white for glow in the dark fun at the Liverpool Bowling Centre on August 20th. Ages 5-7 years from 12:30 – 2pm; and ages 8-11 years from 2:30- 4pm. Cost: $5.00 for 2 strings. Please pre-register by Friday, August 15th at the Recreation Department.

Fun Day on the Field

Bring the whole family out to Privateer Park on Tuesday, August 26th, from 6- 7:30 pm and enjoy fun games, races and refreshments. Prized to be awarded. Rain date Wednesday, August 27th.
