Aliant bringing fibre-to-home network to Shelburne, Liverpool

Bell Aliant Inc is expanding its fibre-to-the-home network on Nova Scotia's south shore to more than 4,000 homes and businesses in Liverpool and Shelburne. With the announcement of the $2.6-million investment, Bell Aliant's FibreOP coverage in the province extends to more than 325,000 premises and represents an investment of $121 million since 2010.

    I note your article on Bel Aliant's FIbre Optic coverage extending to the Shelburne area. It's a pity that they didn't afford such information to their customer services representative with whom I spoke whenever I received their "flyer" in my post box. to pre-request the facility He assured me that I would not be able to "sign up" as Bel Aliant send such flyers out to encourage interest in a new facility and depending on that interest the facility may come our way I guess news doesn't travel fast within their organisation.
