911 Direct, Inc. of Tallahassee, Fl. is a provider of high-technology products to the public safety industry including law enforcement, fire and EMS and is a certified vendor for the State of Florida.
The deal grants to 911 Direct the exclusive rights to sell Q-Alert in the states of Florida and Georgia.
"We are aggressively pursuing the U.S. market," Tim Crago, Triangulum's president, said in a statement. "We will leverage our Louisiana success into other regions and the relationship with 911 Direct is the first of several key steps in this program."
Triangulum provides systems integration services and wireless data solutions to its customers, including fleet management, asset tracking and vehicle reporting.
